Destination : Trivandrum - Kovalam - Trivandrum
Day 01 : Arrival in Trivandrum
Arrive in Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala, South India. Upon arrival in Trivandrum, Royal Indian Tour representative will greet and assist you to the pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel.
After sine relax at the hotel, embark on sightseeing of Trivandrum, Kerala, South India. Visit to the Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple, the Veli Tourist Village, the Science & Technological Museum, and the Sri Chitra Art Gallery. After visiting some major attractions of Trivandrum, in the evening return back to the hotel in time. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Trivandrum, Kerala, South India.
Day 02 to 07 : Kovalam
On the second day of your Ayurveda Tours of Kerala, you will be driven to Kovalam, a globally known beach resort of India. Upon arrival in Kovalam, you will be accommodated in one of popular Ayurvedic Beach Resort of Kovalam, Kerala, India.
You will have to stay here till 7th day. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be at the resort according to Ayurveda or Ayurveda experts. You will have to avoid alcohol, smoking, etc during this period for best result. Each day you will take part in Yoga & Meditation Session in the morning. Each day you will be treated with Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage and special therapies.
It will be a surely helpful to remove your tension and fatigue. It will provide you new life. You will feel refreshed, recharged, energetic, and rejuvenated.
Day 08 : Kovalam
Have a hearty breakfast at the resort. This is the last day at Kovalam. Spend day this day in exploring the beached of Kovalam. Enjoy boat cruise or visit some nearby villages. You may go to visit some famous Ayurvedic Health & Body Care Centres. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the resort.
Day 09 : Kovalam - Trivandrum - Departure
After very hearty breakfast at the hotel you will be taken out to the Trivandrum Airport in time to board flight for your home destination.
