Day 01:Arrival at Guwahati
Upon arrival at Guwahati, the Gateway to North East India, Royal Indian Tour representative welcomes you with flower garland and gives you first glace of Indian Hospitality. Then you will be escorted to the hotel which is pre-booked for you. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Enjoy welcome dinner organized at the hotel restaurant. Stay overnight in comfort & luxury at the hotel.
Day 02: Guwahati - Kaziranga National Park
Wake up in the morning, enjoy a cup of Assam tea. Have a very hearty breakfast. Then you will be taken out to visit the Kamakhya Temple. This is the one of the most popular Hindu Pilgrimage site of North East India. During the festival of Ambubashi, devotees from far and far come to this sacred place. After visiting Kamakhya Temple and paying homage to goddess Kamakhya, return back to hotel. Have a lavish lunch at the hotel and then drive to Kaziranga National Park. Upon arrival in Kaziranga, Royal Indian Tour representative will assist you to check into the Jungle Resort. Later visit nearby Tea Estates. In the evening enjoy local cultural show.
Day 03: Kaziranga National Park
After an early morning breakfast, leave the resort and go for exploring the famous Kaziranga National Park. Enjoy elephant safari or Jeep safari to Kaziranga National Park. Kaziranga National Park is famous for one horned rhino. By nightfall return back to the resort. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04: Kaziranga-Shillong
Have an early morning breakfast and drive to Shilong. Shilong is 280 km away from Kaziranga. Lunch will be en route kaziranagaat Borapani Umiam Lake. It is a breathtaking tranquil lake with lush green surroundings. Upon arrival in Shillong, Royal Indian Tour representative will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 05: Shillong: Cherrapunjee, Waterfalls, Cave, Lake
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and drive to Cherrapunjee. Cherrapunjee is 60 km away from Shillong. It is considered as the wettest place in the world. At Cherrapunjee you will visit the beautiful waterfall - Noh Ka Likai. Here you will have opportunity to explore some of the caves. While returning to Shillong you will visit Elephanta Falls and Shilong peak with mesmerizing vista of lush green surroundings. Check into Hotel at Shilong in time. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 06: Shillong-Guwahati : Ward lake, Hydari Park
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and engage yourself in sightseeing of Shilong, a beautiful hill station of North East India. Shilong is known for its extra ordinary natural beauty. Because of its breathtaking beauty Shilong is also very popular among honeymooners. Visit the breathtaking Ward Lake and the Hydari Park. Shilong is also called as the Scotland of the East. After lavish lunch at the hotel, drive to Guwahati, the capital of Assam. Guwahati is around 100 km away from Shilong. Freshen up and relax at the hotel till evening. In the evening, enjoy boat cruise over the water of mighty Brahmaputra River. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 07: Depart
After hearty breakfast at the hotel stay rest of the day at leisure or in your own individual activities till you depart for your nest destination or home destination.
